ROBERT SAFFAYEH
Chief Executive Officer
Robert possesses a wealth of experience, spanning over 24 years in the domains of wealth management and client development. His most recent tenure at HSBC saw him expertly manage assets, providing invaluable counsel to clients on strategic planning, asset allocation, cash management, and risk mitigation. In our organization, Robert assumes a pivotal role, overseeing critical functions, including acquisition, contract management, financing, investor management and sales transactions.

GABRIEL SAFFAYEH
President
With two decades of construction industry experience, Gabe’s expertise instills confidence in our partners and investors. With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, he began his career in residential home remodeling and then as a building inspector for the New York City Department of Buildings, where his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to safety strengthened the foundation for his career. He then honed his skills as a project manager for esteemed NYC-based construction management firms, orchestrating the successful execution of projects of up to 500,000 square feet. He oversees every facet of our projects, from the initial stages of scouting potential properties and conducting comprehensive cost/sales analyses, to the intricacies of design and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.

GEORGE SAFFAYEH
Senior Financial Consultant
George has over 28 years of experience in accounting and finance with EY delivering accounting, advisory and auditing services to various investment and real estate funds. George's leadership in the alternative products arena makes him a leading fund professional in the US, Asian and offshore regions. His experience ranges from structuring and servicing startups to large, global multi-billion dollar funds of varying structures and strategies. George holds the Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

TOM MALLEN
Senior Business Development Consultant
After a decade long career in financial services with HSBC and PNC, Tom pursued an entrepreneurial venture, acquiring an insurance solutions business that he successfully expanded and eventually sold to Alacrity Solutions in 2020. Following that acquisition, Tom remained with the Alacrity in a senior leadership capacity, where he oversaw client relationship management and business development. Tom is now entrusted with the vital role of managing investor relationships and new business development.
